3 Payment Confirmed
If our accounts department has confirmed your payment. Your order will be forwarded to our shipping department. If your order encounters the slightest anomaly, our customer service will contact you within 48 hours (business days) to inform you of the changes to be made.
4 We are Preparing your Order
Your order is taken care of by our shipping and logistics team. The average preparation time is between 24 and 72 hours depending on the details of your order (method of delivery, type of products, destination).
5 Order Shipped
An email will be sent to you to be informed that your package has been delivered to the carrier on this date. The average time of receipt of your order is estimated between 3 to 5 working days.
6 Tracking Number

7 Pickup - Contact Carrier
Your order will be delivered to your home or it can be handed to a neighbor in case of absence. Otherwise, it will be deposited in a Drop-off Point near you. You will be able to collect it at the time that is most convenient for you.
